강의목표

기술발전과 함께 통신시장이 발전함에 따라 생태계 변화와 참여자들의 공정한 상생 발전을 통한 산업발전 정책 수립을 위한 지식을 갖출 수 있도록 함. 이를 위해 통신서비스 기술, 시장, 규제 및 정책의 발전 상황을 학습하여 현재의 이슈는 물론 미래 사회에서의 관련 시장 내 경쟁정책을 수립하여 산업발전에 기여할 수 있도록 함. As the telecommunications market develops along with technological development, it is designed to equip the participants with the knowledge to establish policies for industrial development through changes in the ecosystem and fair win-win development of participants. To this end, by learning the development status of technology, market, regulation and policy of telecommunication service, it is possible to contribute to the development of the industry by establishing competition policies in related markets in the future as well as current issues.

과학, 기술, 혁신정책에 대한 기본이론(기술, 연구, 발전의 속성)을 학습하고, 정책의 요건, 절차 및 평가의 정책 과정을 학습함. 우리나라 과학기술정책 사례(BK, G7, 출연금)를 조사하여 비판하고 정책환경의 중요성을 학습함. 선진국의 과학기술정책 사례(SBIR, ATP, 탄소정책)를 조사하여 비판해 보고, 문화적 차이를 깨우침. 새로운 정책을 설계해 보며 상호 비판하면서 논리력과 발표력을 키움. Learning basic theories (the nature of technology, research, and development) about science & technology policies and innovation. Learning the policy processes of policy requirements, procedures, and evaluations. Investigate and criticize Korea's science & technology policy cases (BK, G7, grant policy) and learn the importance of the policy environment. Investigate and critique science & technology policy examples (SBIR, ATP, carbon policy) in developed countries, and identify cultural differences. Developing logic and presentation skills by designing new policies and criticizing each other.

기술의 경제적 가치를 이해하고 제대로 평가하기 위해 기술의 가치 동인과 기술사업화의 전체 과정을 이해·분석하고, 기술의 시장가치를 산출하기 위한 주요 기술가치 평가 방법 등을 학습하도록 함 In order to understand and evaluate the economic value of technology, it is necessary to understand and analyze the whole process of technology value movement and technology commercialization, and to learn the main technical value evaluation methods for calculating the market value of technology.

In order to solve the necessary issues in the process of successful technology transfer and commercialization based on technology, develop problem-solving abilities through theory and models, case studies, and strategic research on technology acquisition and management, integration and value creation, and tracking and forecasting of technology development. Analyze the various marketing strategic factors required in the technology commercialization process and cultivate the ability to use it practically.

In addition to information and communication policies related to Korea's information policy, e-Korea, u-Korea, and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, it will enable students to cultivate information and communication policy research and policy development capabilities through comprehensive understanding of foreign information and communication policy, structure analysis and implementation policy.
